This is a very interesting period in art. The art is changing to be what I call more "art" and realistic, full of body and developing rather than utilitarian as in the past. The art is used for aestestics rather than for usefulness. It is interesting that the pottery or ceramics however show stories as in the suicide of Ajax, while in the past the wall art told stories. The similarities of the usefullness of documenting the history of the period are great.
